As you move around the map, you'll notice that the side bar instantly updates to reflect the properties currently within view. You can give further instruction: under the Search and Filter section, you can display properties based type, price range, date added, or even enter keywords. For example, let's say you are looking for a waterfront property, under $200,000, with a barn, and listed within the past month. Input these criteria and see what you get! Scroll around the map and watch as it updates based on your current location.

The Gallery section is an new and entirely unique approach to browsing property. Try browsing categories of interest, and take note that you can sort based on price and date added, and/or filter by location. This is a quick way flip through properties of a certain type, in a specific area, or to see what is new on the market. This method of searching for property cannot be found on any competing web site.
